On behalf of the Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation, Inc., we want to say “THANK YOU” to LOCKHEED MARTIN-MARIETTA for the generous donation in the amount of $10,000.00 received for our Campaign 2023.
The keywords, “benchmark citizens” dates back to 2005-2006 when the Governor’s office, the Chamber of Commerce and the business community initiated the charge to raise One Million Dollars for the Foundation after the 48th IBCT deployed! That goal was met and announced at the Issues & Eggs Business Breakfast in January 2007. It has been a remarkable journey and Lockheed Martin has been steadfast in its support by donating more than $105,000.00 to our cause. All these years later, we have managed to approve more than $3.4 million dollars in financial relief assistance to the Soldiers and Airmen of the Georgia National Guard!
